All anyone can talk about today is Beychella. Beyoncé made history this weekend as the first woman of color to headline the Coachella music festival, and she did not disappoint. Her performance included surprise appearances, musical guests, and of course fashion moments for every occasion.
We also had the 53rd Academy of Country Music Awards last night, which was full of pretty gowns as well as this stunning tuxedo look from Cassadee Pope:
Notice Cassadee’s embellished shoes? We noticed some similarly attention-grabbing shoes on the Backstreet Boys’ AJ McLean at last night’s ACM event too:
BUT WAIT. Not to be outdone, our Queen Beyoncé actually ALSO sported some noticeably sparkly footwear this weekend too:
SIDE NOTE: In case you were wondering (we were), Vogue interviewed Olivier Rousteing, the designer behind the Beychella fashion, and he said that Bey is personally involved in the entire process from vision to execution. “I think the thing I will always remember is sitting on the floor with B and cutting fabric,” he told Vogue.
