For the next few weeks, Star Wars fans can visit pop-up Darkside Bars in Los Angeles, Washington, D.C., and New York City. Open until January 14, the three locations offer six signature custom cocktails, including The Imperial, a flame-topped blend of spices and rum, maple extract, citrus juice and cayenne.
