George R.R. Martin revealed some new details about the upcoming Game of Thrones prequel series in an interview with Entertainment Weekly. The author revealed there are far more than the seven kingdoms seen in the HBO series. “If you go back further, then there are nine kingdoms, and 12 kingdoms, and eventually you get back to where there are a hundred kingdoms — petty kingdoms — and that’s the era we’re talking about here.” He also confirmed that fan’s favorite family will be a part of the prequel. “The Starks will definitely be there,” he said. “The Lannisters aren’t there yet, but Casterly Rock is certainly there.”
Forbes released its list of the top 100 highest-paid entertainers in the world on Wednesday, and Taylor Swift is on the top of the list. The magazine estimated the Grammy winner’s pretax income to be around $185 million. Kylie Jenner came in at #2 with $170 million. Kanye West took the #3 spot.
Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling added a new member to their family. The couple adopted a new dog. “Meet Lucho. The newest member of our family,” Mendes wrote on Instagram alongside a picture. “We adopted him from this amazing agency called Friends for Life Rescue Network @fflrescuenetwork.
