Cynthia Nixon is reportedly considering a run for governor of New York. The Sex and the City star and life-long New Yorker would be challenging incumbent Andrew Cuomo this fall in the Democratic primary. “Many concerned New Yorkers have been encouraging Cynthia to run for office, and as she has said previously, she will continue to explore it. If and when such a decision is made, Cynthia will be sure to make her plans public,” Nixon’s rep said in a statement.
Usher and his wife Grace Miguel have called it quits after two years of marriage. The couple released a statement Tuesday saying, “After much thought and consideration we have mutually decided to separate as a couple. We remain deeply connected, loving friends who will continue supporting each other through the next phases of our lives.”
Nick Cannon is facing a class action lawsuit. According to TMZ 100 employees who worked on Cannon’s upcoming film, She Ball are claiming that he failed to pay overtime and they did not receive breaks or crew meals. Cannon wrote, produced, directed and stars in the movie.
