Court documents from her deposition in the legal battle between Kesha and Luke revealed that she shut down the allegations that she was sexually assaulted by the producer. Kesha claims her former producer sexually assaulted her and pursued legal action against him to get out of her recording contract.
Louis C.K. returned to stand-up Monday night in New York. This is the first time the comedian was on stage at a comedy club since he admitted to sexual misconduct last November. His surprise appearance was at the Comedy Cellar and he performed a 15 minute set making no reference to the scandal.
