Marlee Matlin is responding to reports by Apprentice production staff that allege Donald Trump referred to her as “retarded.” The Oscar winner issued a statement on Twitter that she was aware of the stories. “I am Deaf. There are millions of Deaf and hard of hearing people like me in the United States and around the world who face discrimination and misunderstanding like this on a daily basis. It is unacceptable.” Matlin appeared on the reality competition in 2011.
Kendall Jenner took the stand in court on Thursday to testify against her alleged stalker. Jenner said, “she no longer feels safe in her home.” The reality star found Shavaughn McKenzie sitting on her driveway back in August. He is facing one count of stalking and trespassing.
Meghan Trainor finally confirmed that she is dating Spy Kids star Daryl Sabra. She posted a picture of the two on Instagram and captioned it , “I [heart] Madrid..and this guy.”
Madonna is Billboard’s 2016 Woman of the Year. Billboard announced Friday that Madonna will receive the honor at the 11th annual Women in Music Event in December.
