Vogue and L’Oréal Paris have named SILVER the hair color of the year! The color of silver seems like an offshoot of the beautiful grays we’ve seen rising in popularity, so it’s the perfect choice. “Not only has silver hair been a top color trend on the runways and it is the ‘it’ color for women of all ages, we love what the color stands for – it symbolizes charisma, ethereal energy, power, focus and it is beyond chic,” says Orrea Light, Vice President of L’Oréal Global Marketing Product Development and Beauty Innovation.
According to the press release, we can look for silver hair throughout Vogue’s digital and print iterations, as well as during New York Fashion Week.
