Helen Hunt was hospitalized after a car accident in Los Angeles. In footage obtained by TMZ Helen’s black SUV is T-boned by another car while traveling thru an intersection. The SUV skids and rolls over on it side after it was hit. The Mad About You star was not driving and was in the backseat at the time of the accident. According to her publicist she is had “no major injuries” and is at home recovering.
Elton John was “disappointed “ by The Lion King remake. The singer told British GQ he believed “they messed the music up.” “Music was so much a part of the original and the music in the current film didn’t have the same impact,” he said. “The magic and joy were lost.”
Paul Rudd help convince Leonardo DiCaprio to do Titanic. The two were working on Rome+ Juliet at the time. “It was my last day of filming Romeo + Juliet and we all went out to a bar afterwards,” Rudd recalled on The Graham Norton Show. “I was riding to the place with Leo and he said, ‘I just got offered this movie and it’s a big movie. It’s a studio movie. It’s Titanic.” Rudd’s father happened to be a Titanic expert so he knew a lot about the subject. “we just had a conversation about it and he was saying, ‘Oh, I don’t know what I’ll do.’ And I remember saying, ‘You should do it!'”
