Aaron Carter was found dead Saturday. Deputies responded around 11 a.m. following reports of a medical emergency at his home in Lancaster, California. Authorities said a house keeper found a man in the bathtub in the home and resuscitation efforts were unsuccessful. The singer was only 34-years-old.

Even though my brother and I have had a complicated relationship, my love for him has never ever faded,” the Back Street Boy singer wrote. “Sometimes we want to blame someone or something for a loss, but the truth is that addiction and mental illness is the real villain here. I will miss my brother more than anyone will ever know.” Nick broke down in tears on stage during the Back Street Boys concert in London on Sunday. While the band performed the song No Place a tribute to Aaron played on the screen.
