CHARLIE SHEEN will get sole custody of TWINS if EX FAILS DRUG TEST

According court documents Charlie Sheen and his ex-wife  Brooke Mueller recently agreed to a modified custody deal. The agreement came after she allegedly “relapsed and engaged in abusing alcohol and controlled substances” earlier in 2023. The order calls for the Two and Half Men star to get sole custody immediately “in the event Brooke tests positive for dugs or alcohol … or otherwise relapses” again. Mueller will have to test for drugs and alcohol within 24 hours of a written request from Charlie or his attorney, until their twin sons reach the age of 18 or graduate high school whichever is later.”  The former couple currently share joint custody but the twin’s primary residence is with Sheen.  

Sofia Vergara reportedly opened up about her split from Joe Manganiello. According to People the Modern Family star said in an interview with the Spanish newspaper El País,  that she and Manganiello disagreed about having children. “My marriage broke up because my husband was younger; he wanted to have kids and I didn’t want to be an old mom,” Vergara  said. “I feel it’s not fair to the baby. I respect whoever does it, but that’s not for me anymore.” Vergara, has  an adult son Manolo, whom she shares with her first husband, Joe Gonzalez.
