House of Card’s final season will go on without Kevin Spacey

House of Card’s final season will go on without Kevin Spacey. The series has been on hold since sexual abuse allegations surfaced against Spacey. Netflix chief content officer Ted Sarandos confirmed that they plan to move forward with the final season of the show. According to Variety the focus will be on Robin Wright’s character Claire Underwood and will include eight episodes. Production will resume in January.

Shannon Beador has officially filed for divorce from her husband David. The Real Housewives of Orange County star is pulling the plug on her 17 year marriage. Beador filed in O.C. Superior Court on December 1st more than a month after announcing their split. The couple have three daughters.

Kristen Bell will host the 2018 Screen Actors Guild Awards. “We are delighted to have Kristen Bell as the first ever host of the SAG Awards,” executive producer Kathy Connell said on Monday. “This has been a year in which assumptions have been challenged, stereotypes have been shattered, and precedents have been broken.
