Idris Elba is a married man!! Elba tied the knot with model Sabrina Dhowre in a secret ceremony in Morocco on April 26th. The couple met on the set of The Mountain Between Us in 2017. The groom wore a custom suit by Ozwald Boateng and the bride wore a Vera Wang gown. This is Elba’s third marriage.
Larry King is recovering after suffering a medical scare last week. The talk show legend has been in the cardiac intensive care unit and will most likely be released on Monday. According to PEOPLE, “King was scheduled for an angioplasty. Before his scheduled procedure, he experienced angina and went to the hospital early to be examined. His doctor successfully performed the angioplasty and inserted stents to reopen the previous bypass from 1987.” He is expected to make a full recovery.
Octavia Spencer has launched a new production company with partner Brian Clisham. Orit Entertainment has signed an exclusive three-year pod deal with 20th Century Fox Television. Under the deal they will develop shows across all genres and all platforms. “I decided to partner with Brian because, as an agent, he was instrumental in shaping my career,” Spencer said in a statement. “He has always understood my desire to work with a diverse group of talent both in front of and behind the scenes.”
