Jeremy Renner’s ex-wife says he tried to kill her and on one occasion, stuck a gun in his mouth before shooting it into the ceiling in new court documents. Renner and his ex Sonni Pacheco are in a custody battle for their six-year-old daughter Ava. According to TMZ Sonni also accused Renner of drug use while his young daughter was in his care. “The wellbeing of his daughter Ava has always been and continues to be the primary focus for Jeremy,” Renner’s lawyer said in a statement to People. 

Ariel Winter and boyfriend Levi Meaden have reportedly called it quits after almost three years together. The Modern Family star and Meaden started dating in November of 2016. The couple have not been seen together since August. No official comments from the pair have been released about the breakup.

Pharrell Williams opened up in GQ magazine about the controversy surrounding his 2013 hit Blurred Lines. “I didn’t get it at first,” he said. “Lyrically, I was, like, ‘What are you talking about?’ There are women who really like the song and connect to the energy that just gets you up. And I know you want it—women sing those kinds of lyrics all the time. So it’s like, ‘What’s rapey about that? He said that he came to understand that the language used in the song is also used by men “when taking advantage of a woman, and it doesn’t matter that that’s not my behavior. Or the way I think about things. It just matters how it affects women.”
