Law & Order: SVU has made television history. The NBC series has been renewed for its 21st season officially making it the longest-running primetime live-action series . George Clooney has called for a boycott of nine hotels linked  to the country of Brunei over its plans to implement harsh criminal sentences including death by stoning for gay sex.  In an opinion piece in Deadline.com, Clooney said a boycott is necessary to keep money from flowing “directly into the pockets of men who choose to stone and whip to death their own citizens for being gay or accused of adultery.”

Nicolas Cage has filed for an annulment from Erika Koike on Wednesday in Las Vegas, just four days after they tied the knot. According to court documents Cage requested a divorce if an annulment is not possible. This was the Nation Treasure star’s fourth marriage.
