Paula Patton wrote an emotional tribute to her former father-in-law Alan Thicke on Tuesday. “I knew Alan since I was 15 years old and he had a tremendous effect on my life. I love and respected him so much!” she wrote on Instagram. “So many great memories and laughs together. We will miss him so much! His grandson is quite sure he is still here with us in spirit.” Patton was married to Robin Thicke and they have one child together.

City National Bank is suing Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott for allegedly failing to fulfill payments on a loan from four years ago. According to court documents obtained by E! News, the couple borrowed $400,000 from the bank in December 2012. The celebrity couple allegedly failed to pay and currently owe $188,803. They are also asking that Spelling to pay back $17,149 that she allegedly overdrew from her checking account in September.
