Summer mornings call for cold overnight oats with blueberries

With summer still in full swing, nothing is colder and more refreshing in the morning than overnight oats with fresh blueberries. Our favorite recipe uses lots of hearty add-ins like chia seeds and Greek yogurt. Do yourself a favor and give this recipe a try:

Overnight Oats

  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries

The night before you want to eat this deliciousness, mix all the above ingredients in a glass jar or plastic container – or, just toss them in and shake until combined. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy!
